It all started when…

Grandfather handed me my first Old Timer Stockman, I have been fascinated with knives ever since. Once I got my first fixed blade I was hooked.

I have acquired so many different knives over the years, ranging from high quality and high priced to low quality and low priced. Once I joined the Army and went to Iraq, I really learned what it meant to have a need for a reliable knife by your side.

 You’re asking what does all of this have to do with Fence Line? Well I was looking for a hobby and a way to reduce stress in my life. I found that in making knives. Once family and friends found out about my new hobby, I was getting request after request to make knives from everyone around me as well as from some people I had never met. I was told by everyone who received one of my knives that I should be doing this for a living. I quit my job to pursue my passion, and Fence Line Knives was born!
